Every site will be tracked based on a budget that is allocated by task. When the expenses or invoices are submitted we will show a comparison between the budget and actual being expensed This will in turn be reflected on our Dashboard to show the accumulated for all Sites
How do Project Managers know if the timeline has exceeded?
Every task will come with expected date range of completion, thus when the task is activated the clock starts to tick. When the task is overdue, the system will flag it with Red color thus informing the Person In Charge PIC of the due
How do we keep track of Progress?
Based on the number of tasks completed and pending, the system will provide a percentage of the task. On our Dashboard, all the sites will be pro-rated as an overall progress
