What is Preventive Maintenance?

As the name suggests, preventive maintenance are simple as maintenance being done regularly to prevent breakdowns and mishaps from happening. Thus the regular checks , 3 months recommended, are done to make sure all parts of a building or structure are in good condition. Parts that are begining to show signs of wear and tear will be marked or even replaced.
